The house was nice. We liked the inside as it had good amount of space. The dining room table and living area have some good areas to do meetings with each other. We were there for a business event so the house worked out great for us to stay for a couple days!

Wendy was the most kind hearted woman. Answered immediatly, helped us girls with whatever was needed, and made us feel safe. I would 100% reccomend her to anyone and everyone looking to go down to Florida.

The place was what our group of 6 friends gathering from different places in the US needed. A bed for each person & a great location with parking for our activities around Miami. Place was clean, of value, and had a nice backyard to enjoy the great weather during our trip with a covered patio in case it . Some feedback that is all fixable for future visitors: 1. Should dislose that a person lives in this single story house w/ a separate entrance. We saw in reviews before we arrived but it would have been an uncomfortable surprise had we not. It was absolutely no problem for us. 2. The grill lit but wouldn't get above 125 degrees so maybe the propane needs to be changed. 3. Showers in bedrooms on the right side of the house as you walk in started cold and never got beyond room temperature by the end. The shower in the big master bedroom on the left side of the house was perfect so we all eventually started using that shower.

The place was very well appointed, in a good location for working or exploring. The rooms were clean and the appliances were nice. Would definitely stay here again!

I went on vacation with my family and three kids the children play area was great they enjoyed every moment of it... the house was very clean.. Victor was very thoughtful and generous he surprised us with Cuban pastries which was a very thoughtful gesture and lovely to receive..I highly recommend Victor home.. also it was not a far drive to Miami beach...Victor is very attentive with his guess.. thank you for allowing my family in your home...see you next time..

I had an unforgettable stay at the Hollywood Beach Hotel! The sea view was breathtaking, and everything about the experience was amazing. The host, Laura, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our visit even more special. My partner and I truly enjoyed every moment. If you're looking for a perfect getaway with stunning views and exceptional hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

It was a great stay, super clean, comfortable bed an well equipped apartment with everything you might need, I would highly recommend this place!

This location is great. It’s close to everything The surroundings are beautifully kept. The staff is friendly and responsive. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We definitely plan to return. Egerton, the host, was very quick to respond to my emails. He was very detailed with all the information I requested.

Shane met me on my arrival and showed me around. He was friendly and responsive throughout the trip. The unit was well stocked with anything one would need. The view was great from the 9th floor. large bed/tv. Place was spacious and clean. Was a quiet neighbourhood , not too many young people around. Amenities were great, pool/hot tub gym ping pong billiards library sauna bbq area, tennis court that was barely used. There were paid laundry machines on every floor that were almost always free to use. I liked the decor inside the unit as well. Ordering delivery food can be a little tricky, they sometimes go to the valet area and aren’t allowed in but eventually they find the right entrance. Walmart bout a 15 min walk, beach about a 25min walk. There’s a park 7 min away walking distance with a jungle gym and basketball court. The complex was kept clean and there’s always a doorman around/bunch of cameras. Overall, it was a great, quiet place that’s well maintained. 5 stars, thx Shane!

Such a nice, homey, well-decorated house; a very peaceful porch (with hammock access) and a beautiful, lush yard. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was well-maintained and clean. Ines made delicious home-cooked meals every morning, and she and her husband were friendly with plenty of recommendations for things to do in the area. Extra shoutout to Carlitos the cat.

Muy buenos anfitriones, nos trataron excelente y son muy agradables!. El airbnb muy limpio y organizado, nada me faltaba, todo fue muy cómodo.

Adoramos nos hospedar com eles, muito prestativos, café da manhã esplêndido, tudo bem organizado e limpo. única coisa é que não vimos que reservamos o quarto sem banheiro privativo, mas gostamos muito do local e dos anfitriões!!

Tive uma experiência maravilhosa nessa hospedagem! O ambiente é extremamente acolhedor e silencioso, com um quarto aconchegante, proporcionando todo o conforto que precisávamos. O café da manhã foi um destaque à parte, estava sensacional! A localização é excelente, permitindo fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade. A anfitriã foi extremamente atenciosa e simpática, fazendo de tudo para garantir que a nossa estadia fosse perfeita. Recomendo de olhos fechados e com certeza voltarei!

אין ספק שטוני היה הדבר הכי טוב שהיה לי במיאמי.התיאור באתר היה מדויק,החדר היה גדול,מרווח,מואר ומפנק.המיטה היתה המיטה הכי נוחה ומפנקת שחוויתי.קבלת הפנים של טוני היתה נהדרת.טוני נתן לי הרגשה של בית,היה זמין בכל שעה(גם בלילה)כל הזמן התעניין ושאל אם חסר משהו,נתן עצות נהדרות וטיפים על מיאמי,נענה מיד לכל בקשה או שאלה,תמיד במצב רוח טוב ועשה הכל כדי שארגיש שזהו הבית שלי ולא כאורחת.כל מי שמחפש בית לכמה ימים במיאמי ,טוני הוא הבחירה האולטימטיבית.

if you want to go to miami this is the best place for sure!!! Very cosy, clean and quiet. The location is very convenient and central. the host Tony, will make you feel like family and make sure you have a great stay! If you need any tip for Trips or activities around the City Tony will make it his personal mission to help you out. In terms of equipment (kitchen especially) this place is on a hole different level, and does not even compare to other AirBnBs!
