Semi-detached house in front of warm and beautiful beaches to enjoy the radiant sun and rest in Guayacanes. It is a small but cozy environment with three rooms on three levels. On the second level there is an integrated kitchen-living room with basic utensils, bathroom and a small balcony with sea views. The third level room has a large balcony with a view of the sea, ventilated and illuminated. It is in the town of Guayacanes, near Juan Dolio. East Coast Project I. You will love your vacation!

Lujosa casa frente al mar ubicada en el municipio de Guayacanes, equipada con todo lo necesario para una estadia placentera. La casa se encuentra a 15 minutos del aeropuerto y 45 minutos de la ciudad de Santo Domingo. Esta es una propiedad para disfrutar con la familia y amigos cercanos. No permitimos fiestas, bodas y eventos de muchas personas. Tampoco permitimos la entrada de personas extrañas como strippers y prostitutas. El turismo sexual no esta permitido en nuestra propiedad.

It has two comfortable rooms, a comfortable queen bed in the main room as well as having a bathroom and a spacious closet, the second room with two soft full beds and a spacious closet. a second bathroom, spacious, comfortable and beautiful living room, kitchen equipped with useful and necessary utensils, washing and drying area, full house air conditioner, balcony that allows us to enjoy beautiful mornings and fantastic sunsets.
