You can enjoy all the fun in Mesquite or drive 30 minutes to St. George and Zions area. It is 83 miles to Las Vegas. Or just enjoy the sun room where you can relax in the privacy of the backyard. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED! You are welcome to use the pool year round, but winter is like a polar plunge & summer warm.

Walk in closets & full bathrooms in both bedrooms. lots of storage with a garage. Large kitchen, Dining room, Front room, and Laundry room. Heat and AC work great with a large sofa’s in the front room. Walking distance from everything. Cable TV with free WiFi.
