It provides a spacious and comfortable stay for 2 adults or 4 individuals if 2 are children. We have 1 bed (Queen), 1 air mattress and 1 pack-n-play. We have 2 wall AC units that put off a hum when running. 1 in the kitchen. 1 in the bedroom. *Pools are closed Dec 1-Feb 13th. The hot tub at the main pool will remain open.*

This cozy little guest house is located in the heart of the Virgin Valley on a gorgeous farm that was established in 1901. Bordering the Virgin River and surrounded by mountains, the scenery is spectacular. The property is loaded with artifacts and antiques. Walk in closets & full bathrooms in both bedrooms. lots of storage with a garage. Large kitchen, Dining room, Front room, and Laundry room. Heat and AC work great with a large sofa’s in the front room. Walking distance from everything. Cable TV with free WiFi.
