One of our favorite activities after a long day of parenting is to sit down and get lost in a great book! So we took our love of literature to a whole new level with our latest Airbnb - The Study. This unique, stylish ode to literary passion is a great space to come relax and take your mind off of the cares of the world. It is a great place to work remotely or to take a day off with your loved one. We are only 5 minutes from connecting highways - making it a great stop along your journey!

Welcome to Homey Hideaway! You'll feel at home in this open floor plan with a living/dining room, complete kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom with shower and washer and dryer. We built with sound proofing in mind. We do live in the rest of the house and you will hear us. A safe and quiet residential neighborhood. Easy access from I-82 and Rt. 240. Centrally located, just minutes from most Tri-Cities attractions, the Convention Center, hospitals, the airport, and major local employers.

Just 5 minutes from WSU, Hanford, PNNL, Kadlec Medical Centers and two beautiful Columbia River parks. You can walk to shopping & it's 3-4 blocks to access the Richland RiverfrontTrail. Enjoy a peaceful stay at this brand new modern, rustic detached 1-bedroom building in Kennewick near Canyon Lakes. The cozy loft features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. With WiFi, heating, and AC, guests can stay connected and comfortable throughout their stay. Enjoy all that Kennewick has to offer when you stay at our place. This detached ADU sits behind the main home with off-street parking, fully stocked with dishes/utensils, and a Keurig for coffee lovers!

The Cozy Library is a private, peaceful retreat for book lovers and slow evenings. Walk to the Columbia River trail; 5 minutes to downtown Richland, PNNL, Kadlec, WSU; 15 minutes to wineries, airport. This quiet garden-level suite has its own private entrance (we live upstairs) and feels tucked away among trees, yet close to everything. Unwind by the wood fireplace, sink into a cloud-soft queen bed, relax on the shaded patio, and enjoy generous comforts including an in-unit washer/dryer.

NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

There is a lovely patio with a nice view of Candy Mountain. The kitchen and adjoining BBQ patio are a convenient space to relax and prepare a nice meal.
