Remote 300 sq ft solar powered cabin in the ponderosa forest 7 miles from the town of Mancos by Mancos State Park. Great place to stay in the area while on your trip to the southwest or Mesa Verde National Park. A pleasant place for guests who want to unplug, relax, and enjoy a rustic outdoor wilderness experience. Great trails for hiking, bird watching, cross country skiing and snow shoeing! Note: If a big winter you will need a 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle to access the neighborhood.

Lone Cone Cabin, 16 miles to Mesa Verde

Are you looking to relax by the firepit, have some meals outside and chance to see deer, fox, listen to the birds chirp? Lone Cone cabin @ Kokopelli Cabins is one of two cabins on the property. Come enjoy time at Mesa Verde, Hovenweep National park, Mcphee lake (less than 5 min away) River, bike trails, hiking trails or simply relax in the country. . In the winter there are many snowshoeing trails and so much more! Telluride, Durango, Rico, Ouray are all close for a day trip.

Mesa Verde Hogan

This secluded peace of paradise has spectacular views from the Hogan for it looks over the beautiful Mancos Valley, Mesa Verde and the La Plata Mountains. The Hogan at Mesa Verde is about 1 ½ miles east of the Mesa Verde National Park overpass on Hwy 160 and about 4 miles west of Mancos, Colorado. ( If you would like to add an additional 3rd person, you may do so for additional $25 per night. A folding padded cot is available.)

SKY: Camping Cabin~ Mesa Verde Views!

Bright Star Campground is located in the shadow of Mesa Verde Nat'l Park w/ panoramic mountain/mesa views, 5 miles from Cortez. Sky Cabin has electricity and fans, but no heating or a/c. The cabin comes with a fitted sheet only on a queen size bed, and twin size sleeping pads on the bunks. Bring your own linens, or they are available for rental onsite. Price includes 2 guests, it is $10 each after, up to 6 total.
