Peaceful private space with beautiful sunsets, views of the CO National Monument and the occasional visit from deer, rabbits, and wild turkeys. Conveniently located between Fruita and Grand Junction just above the CO River. Our high desert weather makes a visit perfect in any season. A few activities to consider include skiing, mountain biking, viewing fall colors, several golf courses, many hiking trails, CO National Monument and river, JUCO, art galleries, and tours of our local vineyards.

There is ample parking and a culdesac. It's fisherman friendly with a turn around driveway to accommodate dories or rafts. The valley is known for its orchards, wineries and vineyards. The space is on your own floor, completely separated from our upstairs space and with a private entrance. Enjoy a self-serve continental breakfast with freshly ground coffee and an assortment of teas. The location is quiet and private, yet so close to town.

Deer View Cottage

What sets us apart: We are located in a private, wooded neighborhood in the center of town on .6 of an acre. This quaint and charming cottage is fresh, clean, and super cozy. There is a private patio and section of our large yard that is for our guests and animals enjoyment. Wildlife frequents the property including deer and ducks. Guests tell us that we are in the center of it all but it is very quiet and peaceful. We allow smoking on the patio only, not inside the cottage.
