Country life in amazing Little Yurt on hobby farm

Join the warm 'n cozy, peace-filled tranquility in the country. This little 'Yurtie' is one-ROUND room! It has a split unit for heating/cooling. We have a fence lawn and a pasture if needed. Yurt living is amazing- a dome for sky viewing. Bunk bed- double on bottom, twin on top. Hot running water for the kitchen sink along with full kitchen amenities awaits. The porch has amazing sunset views and adds to the outdoor dining space. We have a new shared shower house with toilet, sink, and shower!

Our Cottage is Surrounded by our family owned 20-acre Orchard, where you will enjoy the beautiful country setting. This cottage is small but cozy! Peaceful and airy, our centrally located cabin feels remote, but is just minutes from downtown Grand Junction amenities. Biker/Hiker Dream Location: 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee. Cleanliness is our #1 priority! Bright and intentionally furnished with decor by local artists, our heart has gone into every detail.

Wild Horses-Mtn Bike-Ski-Hike-Hot Tub

This stylish place is perfect! Peaceful, spacious, family & pet friendly. Nestled in a quiet little mtn town, the gateway to Grand Mesa with a wild horse herd in its "backyard", near Powderhorn skiing, world class bike trails and wine tasting. The cottage was built right after The Depression but before WWII-a unique architectural "moment in time" It's been lovingly restored and still has many original features like the 1941 Montgomery Wards Catalog kitchen cabinets. We have fiber optic wifi.

Lovely mountain views, amazing outdoor area with private hot tub, (can be kept cool in hot weather.)Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and are situated on opposite sides of the home for privacy. A 7-10 minute bike ride to downtown, 5-10 minute walk to three vineyards, surrounded by orchards. 900 sq ft bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs, the kitchen is well equipped. The fenced yard has shaded outdoor areas to BBQ and enjoy sunsets. Best for 4 guests comfortable roll away bed for 5.
