Wild Horses-Mtn Bike-Ski-Hike-Hot Tub

This stylish place is perfect! Peaceful, spacious, family & pet friendly. Nestled in a quiet little mtn town, the gateway to Grand Mesa with a wild horse herd in its "backyard", near Powderhorn skiing, world class bike trails and wine tasting. The cottage was built right after The Depression but before WWII-a unique architectural "moment in time" It's been lovingly restored and still has many original features like the 1941 Montgomery Wards Catalog kitchen cabinets. We have fiber optic wifi.

We welcome all, to settle into over 600 s.f. of above average basement living. LOCATED ON HIGHWAY 50 (we run parallel w/I-70), within a secured, gated 3/4 fenced property, 10 minutes from downtown Grand Junction. Two nice queen beds sleeping 4, couch w/recliners, futon, large electric reclining chair, twin & full inflatable mattresses, two sleep pads, full kitchen, 3/4 bath w/hot shower, nice towels, ample parking. We have it all! Our newly renovated Aspen Apartment is located within walking distance of everything downtown Grand Junction has to offer. Our apartment is located minutes from downtown shopping, dining, the Convention Center, Colorado Mesa University, the Colorado National Monument, nearby wine country, and other recreational opportunities. Beautiful apartment in the Redlands at the end of a cul de sac in a very quiet neighborhood, at the foot of the Colorado National Monument with your own private lock off entrance and patio for grilling and dining, minutes to the Monument, downtown, shopping and Two Rivers Winery. Our entirely remodeled, modern apartment is within walking distance to charming downtown GJ which offers great dining and cute shops.
