Een heel gezellig huisje met een charmant tuintje. Een mooie uitvalsbasis om Parijs met het openbaar vervoer te bereiken. Een echte aanrader!

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Logement semblable aux photos et à la description. À notre arrivée, le logement était parfaitement propre. Il nous a été très agréable d’y séjourner. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture à l’intérieure Les hôtes ont été très agréables et très réactifs, c’était super Merci !

pierre a ete adorable !! Lieu sécurisé avec assez de place pour accueillir les véhicules ,nous avons été un peu plus que prévu cela n'a pas été un problème. Le logement est très cosy la literie est confortable, cuisine entièrement équipée, petit poêle pour la convivialité... parfait ! la maison de pierre est sur le même terrain mais notre hôte a ete très discret dans le respect total de notre tranquillité. le terrain et le jardin sont très grand et propice à l'intimité. bref un moment très agréable nous recommandons vivement !!

fijn verblijf gehad in de woning van Aurore. De kinderen genoten van het bad en de grote tuin. Ook is Aurore lief en bereikbaar en zijn we niks te kort gekomen in het huis. Heel erg bedankt!

Notre séjour dans je logement d’Olivia & Dom s’est merveilleusement bien déroulé. Le logement est impeccable. Très propre, charmant, facilement accessible en métro et en tram depuis Paris. Le quartier est calme et agréable, avec possibilité de parquer un véhicule facilement. Commerces à proximité. Le jardin et la spacieuse terrasse sont agréables. Idéal pour une grande famille.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec mes amies. La maison est conforme à la description. Maison parfaite pour un week-end paisible entre amis. Merci David !

Rien ne manque dans ce charmant pavillon. Spacieux, aménagé avec goût, il peut accueillir une famille. Situé dans un quartier calme, plutôt proche de la gare (5 mn en voiture ou 1/4h en bus), on trouve facilement une place de parking à proximité. Merci à Pierre, propriétaire attentif et réactif à nos sollicitations. On recommande cette location.

This apartment feels like an oasis on a quiet street. It's in a great location with easy metro access and walkability. Thibaut was gracious and accommodating. We loved our stay!

We stayed at Mathilde's place on two separate occasions in Dec 24 and Jan 25. Communication before arrival was prompt and clear. When we arrived we were met by Mathilde's assistant, Kathleen, who gave us the key and made sure we had everything we needed. She even brought us new coffee capsules later that day. The apartment was quite large (for Paris). We found it clean and well furnished (we were specifically looking for an apartment with a crib and a high chair for our son). There is a large living area that gets tons of sunlight from the many windows. Not too much happening in the immediate surrounding area, but Montmarte is just a short walk up the hill. Getting to more central parts of Paris usually took us about 20-30 minutes by metro or taxi. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly recommend this rental!

L’alloggio di Patricia è molto comodo in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, grazie al fatto che affaccia su un vicolo cieco. L’ alloggio è confortevole e ben organizzato, con tutto ciò che serve per rendere confortevole una vacanza. Un bel rifugio dopo una giornata di esplorazione della città!! Forse l’unica pecca le scale un po’ strette con i bagagli!!

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

Pascal et Laetitia sont des hôtes incroyables, offrant une expérience chaleureuse et accueillante. Ils ont pris soin de chaque détail pour rendre le séjour confortable et agréable. Leur attention à l’hospitalité et leur disponibilité sont remarquables, toujours prêts à donner des conseils utiles et à s'assurer que tout se passe bien. Ils créent une atmosphère conviviale et authentique, rendant le séjour inoubliable. Hautement recommandés! Le logement est très bien situé, il est certes pas très grand mais bien agencé et il conviendra parfaitement à un couple et également à leurs convives occasionnellement. This was a great and spacious place for us (a couple). Disclosure, I love staying in the 11th! The local area is vibrant, you are right by cafes and supermarkets and restaurants and a really good fruit and veg store. When you walk out the door you are literally at the metro entrance, with easy access to everywhere - or you can walk.... The apt. was very quiet at night - also thanks to electric shutters on the windows facing the street. Tons of hot water. Good towels. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed well equipped. A place to return to!

Aufgrund der guten Beschreibung die perfekte Wohnung für uns mit zwei Kindern gefunden. Eine tolle Woche in Paris! Charlotte war freundlich und professionell - wie bei Freunden zuhause. Die Gegend ist super, alles kann man schnell erreichen. Tolle Cafés und Restaurants, prima Läden fürs Einkaufen. Metro und Bus um die Ecke. Herrlicher Ausblick auf die Kirche und Stadt vom Balkon. Sehr hell. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, tolle Kunst, Fotografien und Malerei von hervorragender Qualität überall und eine super Küche mit allem was man braucht. Auch architektonisch eine schön gemachte Wohnung, sehr liebevoll und süß eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Gleich im Haus ein schönes Restaurant und ein hervorragender Bäcker. Die Treppen zur Wohnung sind gut zu meistern. Mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem ruhig zum schlafen. Für uns war alles perfekt. Danke, Charlotte!

Die Unterkunft von Nina war wirklich toll, um Paris kennenzulernen! Die Lage war gut, um zu Fuß zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu kommen - die Unterkunft liegt allerdings direkt über einer Bar, was nachts zu einer gewissen Lautstärke führt. Die Einrichtung war super, die Zimmer ausreichend groß. Es gab ein Duschbad und zwei Toiletten, wovon eine direkt an eins der Zimmer angeschlossen ist. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut.

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. tout était très propre et confortable. Le parking privé est un plus. accès au métro 12 en 5 minutes à pieds. à proximité un carrefour, un Burger king et une plaine de jeux qui a beaucoup plu aux enfants. si il y avait quelque chose à dire: équipement de cuisine limité: pas d ouvre bouteille, un ou 2 couteaux de cuisine nécessaire et manque de grandes tasses à café (nous en avons laissé 2 en cadeaux 😁). je recommande cet appartement aux famille avec enfants ( même petit) tout est très pratique. Merci et au plaisir 👍

Très agréable séjour. L'appartement est très bien décoré. Il est idéalement placé à côté du RER A. Pour 2 personnes c'est très bien. Pour 3 ou 4 personnes c'est un peu juste puisqu'il faut déplier le canapé dans le salon et qu'il y a une fenêtre sans volet donc le jour rentre dans la pièce.

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

날마다 에펠탑을 볼 수 있는 기쁨! 무엇보다 위치가 최고였어요! 집앞에는 맛있는 빵집도 있었고 시장에 가서 치즈랑 과일도 살 수 있었답니다. 파리의 모든 명소를 방문하기엔 더할 나위없이 좋은 숙소였습니다~^^

Estadia boa embora a localização periferica a centro de Paris o meio de transporte é variado e fácil de acessar. Instalações nova e moderna e bastante agradável atende o Turista em suas necessidades básicas

Très bon séjour. Le logement correspond à la description, il est calme, propre, bien fourni et proche des transports en commun. Logement parfait pour un séjour proche de Disneyland.
