Lisa’s home was a great home away from home. My wife and I spent hours outside by the pool and watching the Television out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Watched a few rocket launches from the pool area. Whenever I had questions Lisa always responded quickly, sometimes she contacted us to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to be in this area as much as we do. Thank you Lisa and Mike for sharing your home with us.

Drake was a great host.!! He was helpful & friendly. He is quick to answer any questions you may have. The house is situated in a nice quiet easy to find neighborhood and is very relaxing. The pool is clear and refreshing. Pool also stays very clean thanks to the surrounding protective screens. This also makes the pool a bug free zone.!! Thank you Drake.!!

The property was immaculate, offering a clean, comfortable, and peaceful getaway. Erin was an exceptional host-helpful, accommodating, and always ready to assist. The location is ideal, just a short distance from the beach and shopping. My only regret is not staying longer. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location and the perfect set up for a large family group or a large group of friends. Clean and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Cocoa Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made our days easy and relaxing. I brought my dog along, and he absolutely loved the fenced-in backyard. It was such a relief knowing he had a safe space to run around and enjoy himself. I stayed with my family, and there was plenty of room for all of us to feel comfortable. The house had all the amenities we needed, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I really feel like I got my money’s worth. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, pet-friendly beach getaway.

Easy to find. Clean. Quiet area. We stayed for one night before our cruise. Bathroom is a tight squeeze for two people to get ready at once.

We had a great stay, very clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable. The area felt safe. We would have enjoyed having a fire in the fire pit although the temperature was hot. Next time . We would like to come back next time we are in the area.

Jack & Leslies place was a delight! My sisters, nephew and I wanted to have a fun, family friendly long weekend and this place was the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed cooking and lounging in the air bnb but our favorite part was being able to see the sunset each night on the river, so beautiful!

Even though it was a very short stay I had an amazing time! This cute little space was well equipped with everything that was needed and was extremely clean. The host were amazing. They were very responsive. And we’re literally the sweetest.! I can’t wait to come back next month. Thank you again for being an amazing host.♥️

Beyond my beach-front expectations! Location is literally on the beach. There’s a deck overlooking the ocean with stairs to the beach. Hosts live on-site so are handy for anything you may need, yet they give you your privacy. Place was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable with good pillows too. Lots of soft towels & wash clothes! A/c worked great and a fan provided perfect noise to sleep to. We used the beach chairs & umbrellas every day. I can’t recommend Marlene & Sherman’s place enough!! We will be back next year!!

It was in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood just like it was described! Everything was very clean and it was only a 5 minute to Cocoa Village. Linda was a fantastic host!

Property was just as described. Marlene is a wonderful host and it is a beautiful property. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely book again.

Very family friendly and easy walk to the beach.

What a peaceful little beach bungalow. 3 minute walk to the beach. So beautifully decorated. Very clean, couldn’t find a speck of dust if you wanted to. My husband and I would stay here again. It was easy to get. Plenty of restaurants to drive to. Comfortable for 2 adults, might be uncomfortable for a family of 4.

Great spot by the Melbourne beach. Just walk across the street (crosswalks available) and you're there! You can rent lay-out type beach chairs with giant umbrellas a little further down the beach, just bring cash and give them a random (fake) room number lol. There is a full-size fridge and a microwave, but not much else in the kitchen (kinda set up like a huge hotel room) so if you prefer to mostly eat out and eat cold stuff from the fridge this is the perfect spot for a very reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend to weekend stay there. Our favorite eating/bar spots to visit were Squid Lips...and especially The Shack. The Shack has great vibes and everyone there is just there to have a good time, I suggest trying the strawberry daiquiri if you like sweet. If you love amazing pizza and cheesy bread I highly suggest this small eat-in pizza joint "Straight Outta Philly" Melbourne, 4250 N Wickham Rd. I picked it because they had the best internet picture, did not dissapoint!

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

This space was amazing, perfect for the what we needed! Close to the beach & close to amazing restaurants! Also perfect for a spot before you leave for a cruise

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

Es war schlicht super! Tolle Lage am schönen Strand. Unsere Teenagers haben die Wellen zum Boogieboarden genossen. Die Wohnung und auch die Pool-Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und äusserst sauber. Suzy war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sie hat uns proaktiv darauf hingewiesen, wenn Raketenstarts geplant waren, so dass wir dieses Spektakel von der Beach aus beobachten konnten.
