Sunlight filled space, big windows face E-morning light & W-sunsets, airy & modern. Blackout blinds in bedrooms. Clean simple design, open floor plan & hard surface flooring throughout with no carpet, area rugs in rooms. Finished single car garage with opener. 4 parking spaces: driveway 2, and 2 curb. Secluded forest of 5 acres only 3.5mi to Grants Pass with a private trail into legendary Cathedral Hills.
