If you leave the doors open, bugs may come in as we are in the woods.

We do allow small pets for a fee, subject to size and amount of animals. Guests are responsible for any damage caused.

Up to 6 guests can enjoy two spacious decks with a fire pit for roasting s'mores, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living area, and plush memory foam beds.

Killian House Retreat, 4br 2ba

This quaint home was built in 1953 and we have designed it as a quiet getaway spot for our family. The Killian family has ties to the local history and FDR in Warm Springs. Now we are opening it up for others to enjoy. Please be aware that it is set-up as a retreat! There is a hotspot set up in the house for computers, but there are no T.V.s.
