Beachfront Escape - 6 bedroom, Pool & beach access

Absolute beach front. There are only a few properties that are private, exclusive and have direct access to Merimbula’s main beach. Even fewer also boast incredible ocean views, an outdoor entertaining deck to die for, a heated private swimming pool, a fully fenced yard which means you can bring your canine with you. This is truly a remarkable property. The living space is on the first floor to capitalise those incredible ocean views. Designer kitchen with stone bench tops and open plan living.

Best located property in Pambula Beach. Just completed full house renovation. Access pristine beach from the front garden without crossing any roads. Three bedrooms (one queen, two singles, 4 bunks). Self contained, quiet and sun filled one bedroom apartment sleeping up to 4 guests in the heart of Fish Pen, Merimbula. A couple of minutes walk away from Merimbula lake, surfing beach and an easy 15min walk to the Main Street. Internet access and comfortable living and entertaining spaces through the apartment. You will love the Crows Nest as soon as you arrive! Located high up on the hill overlooking Merimbula Bay, lake and town. The view is stunning! You will have exclusive use of the lower level of my house with separate entrance. It offers a large openplan lounge, kitchenette, separate bedroom with kingsize bed and a bathroom. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Watch the magic sunsets from the expansive undercover deck whilst sipping your favourite drink.
