Peaceful Retreat

This compact, self-contained apartment (with private entrance) is attached to an architecturally designed home nestled in a wooded hillside overlooking a large meadow. Its remote location, 6 minutes drive above the town of Oregon House, is an ideal spot for a getaway. With the entire apartment to yourself it can be a perfect retreat, a romantic weekend, or a quiet work/study space. A place to relax, meditate, read and feel a world away from everyday concerns. No same day reservations accepted.

Private 1 bedroom Guest Unit. Sleeps 3 People.

This is a brand new NextGen house in Plumas Lake. This unit is the in laws unit with it's own entrance, laundry, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code.

Yuba City Attached, Private Suite w/Pool, Laundry

This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower. The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use. The suite is the back unit (unit #2). The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.

Standard check in is 4 pm. Please let us know what time you expect to arrive, this helps with scheduling our cleaners. Please! There is on street parking only. No laundry on site. NO SMOKING!!! Very small older home, in an older neighborhood. Smart TV in each room with Hulu and Netflix. There is NO cable!! Pet approvals are based on breed/allergens. Please INQUIRE on pet fee before booking. Truly a home away from home. Beautifully decorated and furnished guest suite with a private bath, private entry and patio that over looks a Koi pond in a stately residence. The suite has Brazilian cherry hardwood floor, custom crown mouldings, granite countertop, smart TV, mini fridge and microwave oven. The picturesque backyard has a Koi pond, waterfall, gas BBQ. Our place is perfect for traveling nurses and other professionals.

Lotus B: Quaint Upstairs Studio

This is a 500sqft studio apartment. We have 3 units that on the 2nd floor of our business in Downtown Marysville. Unit B is the middle apartment and is great for short stays. We have a queen bed, small couch, and a 43" TV in the living area. There is also a full size kitchen, dining table and private bathroom in the apartment. We offer our guests wifi, Hulu live TV, coffee, and a comfortable bed. The space is great for 2 people.
