Overlook the City's Rooftops at a Bright, Bohemian Haven

In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! During your stay, you can always reach out if you need any assistance or if you have questions. The flat is nestled in a traffic-free street a short walk away from the very centre of the city, close to charming shops, hip bars, amazing restaurants and historical sights. Prachtig appartement (in November 2021 volledig gerenoveerd) Centraal gelegen en op wandelafstand van het station Gent Sint-Pieters. Het 3-slaapkamer appartement ligt tussen andere authentieke Art-nouveau huizen midden in een van de mooiste historische straten van Gent! Er is airconditioning voorzien voor het hele appartement. De stijlvolle keuken omvat alle voorzieningen zoals een vaatwas, oven, microgolf, inductiekookplaat en een espressomachine voor een heerlijk tas koffie bij het ontbijt!

Binnen een straal van 3 km, kom je 3 kastelen tegen (Leeuwergem,Grotenberge,Zottegem) Of wil je een uitvalsbasis om onze mooie Vlaamse steden te bezoeken zoals Oudenaarde, Gent. Classy penthouse with terrace in the heart of Gent

A guesthouse in style for people with style. Our high-end duplexapartment is very accessibly located in between the 'Kouter' (rectangle square where the Flemish Opera is) and the medieval center (St-Bavo-Cathedral, Graslei, Korenmarkt, Gravensteen to name a few highlights). Brand new, comfortable and classy, with a library-staircase which is not only an eyecatcher. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sunny terrace! We called our gem "LaCasitaBelMundo”, just adding the dot Gent, to get the full picture.

Large and modern apartment near Ghent. Located near the Parkbos which is beautiful for long walks. You’re at the beginning of the ‘Vlaamse Ardennen’ which is perfect for bike rides. You would be staying at the crossroad between all the major Belgian cities such as Antwerp, Brussels, Ostend, Bruges and of course Ghent. All three bedrooms have the possibility to convert the single beds to a double bed with the use of topper mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

Your luxury home away from home! Dit huis uit de jaren ’60 bevindt zich op 5 min wandelafstand van Gent St.Pieters-station. Het is gelegen in een mooie laan waar je de drukte van het stadscentrum achter je laat. Het werd prachtig gerenoveerd met exclusieve materialen en ingericht met oog voor détail. Een gezellige huiskamer met open gashaard, open keuken en 3 slaapkamers met 2 badkamers. We verwelkomen graag 6 personen. De ideale basis voor een bezoekje aan Gent met vrienden of familie.

Stylish loft, with terrace flanked by the river!

A beautiful apartment in the middle of the centre of Ghent. The studio has luxurious and stylish furniture, and a big outdoor terrace with a table and seats. This terrace is right next to the river De Leie which crosses the city. We’ll supply you with fresh bed linens, towels, kitchen towels, a few rolls of toilet paper, soaps and shampoo. We also provide some Dash washing machine pods, some teabags and Nespresso cups for a small price to make your stay even more relaxing.

Well-situated and Comfortable Home.

Our house is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to the station of Ghent. The historical Center can easily be reached on foot or by bus (10- minutes). The University Hospital (UZ) is within walking distance. The house is supplied with all conveniences. It's spacious (145 m2), with a very reliable, high-speed internet connection. This house offers you an ideal place to work, live and feel at home.
