Loved the cabin! Very remote and peaceful. The bed was super comfy and everything we needed was available. The trails are a little bit of a haul to get to but the directions left for us were very helpful, even with our tablet/maps. Wish there was a dining room table or maybe an island bar but we made do! Loved sitting in the front porch and out back by the fire pit. The best part was Josie, the sweet house cat. We will definitely miss her!!

We really enjoyed weekend stay at Dawn’s cabin. It was private, quiet and beautiful surroundings. A simple cabin with anything you’ll need to fix a quick meal or grill. Large front yard. Trails to hike and a creek to play in. Our grandson really enjoyed the loft and exploring the woods. Most of all playing in the creek. Close enough to Princeton for anything you’ll need or eat out if you’re not wanting to cook. We loved it. Beds were comfortable. Fully equipped cabin.

This is our second time staying at Chad's place and it worked great for us. it's located close the the Hatfield and McCoy Trails and has plenty of parking.

Beautiful home. Quiet surroundings. Felt right at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Really enjoyed the hot tub! Very clean and well stocked. DoorDash was available and made it.

Robert is a great host, extremely friendly and responsive to all our questions! It was snowing when we visiting, and the road the cabin is on was plowed making it easily accessible. Temperatures were in the single digits at nice, but the place is well insulated and stayed cozy.

Tina was very helpful in answering all of my questions and to make our stay as easy as possible. Loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms to be able to spread our group out. she was very accommodating & house was clean.

We stayed at the Whitetail Cabin at Pipestem Place. The host was very welcoming, and the cabin was well-stocked with everything we could want for a weekend getaway. The scenery was beautiful and private and the cabin was well-designed and peaceful. The location is also very convenient for visiting various parks in the Pipestem, Bluestone, and New River regions, and the town of Hinton.

Fantastic place! Amazing place to stay for a ski weekend, we will definitely be back!

This home was beautiful and a great place to stay while exploring New River Gorge NP! One note for families - the upper level rooms are not enclosed by a ceiling, there is a gap between the top of the walls and the dome. We had two families with 5 little kids and we were a little stumped about what to do with all the kids. At various ages, 3 of the kids could stay in the bunk room but we needed separate spaces for the babies to go so that all the kids could get a good night sleep. We found that having one baby sleep in the downstairs bedroom with their parents and one baby sleeping in the laundry room worked for us, but this is something to keep in mind for multiple families staying here!
