IronMaster House at The Falls.

The IronMaster house is situated on a 7-acre lot that is rich with history. The site was developed in 1825 with an iron furnace powered by a waterfall on the property. There are State Game Land hiking trails adjacent to property and Cobblehaus Brewing Company tap house with spectacular views of the waterfalls on the property. The house was built in 1840 for primary residence of the IronMaster (Person in charge of the furnace). The home has original wood floors that include hand stenciling.

We offer a spacious and comfy entire first floor home with many amenities to accommodate large families. We are located walking distance to downtown Grove City and Grove City College. There is a fenced in back yard with new lawn furniture, a grill, and fire pit for your enjoyment. We are a short drive to GC Premium Outlets, I-79, and I-80. Our goal is to make this your home away from home and as comfortable as Grandma’s House. There is a separate upstairs 3bdrm unit available also if needed.
