You won't believe that you are in middle of the bustling City of Johannesburg when you are relaxing on the spacious veranda overlooking the Parkview Golf Course. The house is solar powered and is located in a fenced off secure zone with 24 hour surveillance. A borehole water system will see you through any water outages. We're also able to accommodate an additional two people on the property if required.

We now run on solar power and have a closed-combustion wood-burning fireplace for winter heating!

A bright and sunny family house in the heart of vibrant Linden. Cafes and shops are within walking distance. The open plan kitchen leads out onto a deck overlooking the large pool and views of Johannesburg. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest loo. There is also a study with a large desk and high speed wifi. The sitting room has a 50 inch smart TV with Netflix and a beautiful view. We have a huge garden, a trampoline and a fabulous fenced pool (open from October to April).

The house is equipped with a gas fire in the lounge and a gas stove in the kitchen. The hot tub is not available due to loadshedding.
