Maytree offers direct access to your own private beach, and is the perfect location for kayaking, hiking, or having a beachside bonfire. Whether you are looking for a rejuvenating retreat, or an anchor for an Eastern PEI adventure. PEI Tourism License #1300747 Our all season eco-dome is complete with a modern kitchenette, full bathroom, jacuzzi, and other amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Full access to the eco-dome, patio, and surrounding forest, with private beach access. My husband, Ken, and I and our son, Hugh, live on the property down at the end of Sunset Beach Rd. We are happy to help if you need anything during your stay. The preferred way of contact is through texting at the number provided. We're tucked away just a few kilometres outside of Murray River, a charming fishing village offering a variety of places to eat & views to discover. We recommend having a car while visiting Prince Edward Island. There is limited public transport available in Eastern PEI.

Earth & Aircrete Dome Home

Creative, unique, cozy and inspiring. This dome is made from aircrete and is finished with clay plaster and an earthen floor. It is a piece of art in every respect and is sure to inspire. It has everything needed to cook food, stay warm and sleep deeply as well as nearby hiking and skiing trails leading to rivers and cliffs. It is heated by a wood stove and has an outdoor composting toilet. We also offer professional massage / reiki treatments as well as fresh vegetables and free range eggs.

The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.
