Complex is oceanfront, our unit is on west part of the complex (not direct oceanfront) with ocean 60 steps from our back door.

This villa consists of 3 luxury suites that will easily accommodate 16 guests, with its own private, heated, saltwater pool. The villa is perfectly located between the World Famous Cocoa Beach Ron Jon’s and Port Canaveral on the Space Coast. This is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, you can see the boardwalk from the front of the property.
