Phòng rất xinh xắn và tiện nghi, gần trung tâm. Mình vào thành phố xem diễu binh chào mừng 50 năm thống nhất đất nước, vô tình tìm được căn homestay này của các bạn trẻ. Phòng được chuẩn bị đầy đủ và tiện nghi cho một kỳ nghỉ tại trung tâm thành phố. Bạn Kiera rất nhiệt tình hướng dẫn về các điểm xem đoàn diễu binh. Chúc các bạn kinh doanh phát đạt. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại sớm.

Este airbnb es el alojamiento perfecto. No solo estaba completamente limpio si no que tenía un muy buen estilo, amenities y sobretodo quiero destacar la atención de la anfitriona. Superó las expectativas que nos hicimos con las fotos! En planta baja hay un restaurante maravilloso que vale 100% la pena. Sin duda si volvemos a Ho Chi Minh volveremos a este alojamiento ☺️

Great stay at Junie. The place is a bit far from center but perfect for people living/doing business in district 7. Very clean and easy to check in. Junie is always responsive and helpful

Eine gute Wohnung, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir sind meistens mit dem Grab in die Innenstadt gefahren, dafür war es aber angenehm ruhig im Apartment. Das Gym war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigen. Gabriel und Justin haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

이번에 오랜 친구들이랑 첫 해외여행을 다녀왔습니다~ 시끄럽지 않고 조용한 동네에 위치하고 있어 편안하게 잘 지내다 돌아 왔습니다~ 숙소기준 어느곳이든 20분대에 택시로 이동할수 있고 택시비도 저렴해서 부담없이 지내다 왔습니다~ 호스트 분도 대응 잘 해주시고 친절 하십니다~ 아! 옥상에서 바라보는 전망도 아주 좋아요 ㅎㅎ

It started with great communication, we were stranded after using some other platform to reserve a place and then decided to use Airbnb which we are used to. The host could speak English, communicated and responded quickly. He helped us firstly by offering free transport to his place at a time when we were desperate. He allowed us to drop off our bags while his staff were cleaning the villa and offered an early check in as soon as cleaners were done. We were upgraded from a 3bdrm to a 4 bedroom villa at no additional cost. When we finally reached the Villa we could not believe our eyes as the villa is a beautiful 5 star & looks more stunning than photos. The location is awesome, the surroundings peaceful and picturesque. The villa and the pool are great. Above all we were more than impressed by the communication and response both from our host and his staff. This deserves nothing short of 5 star excellence. We will definitely book the same place with the same host if we come back.

This is a family run business that works very hard to make sure you are satisfied. The landscaping is incredible and they have a kitchen that you can use to make your own food. The daughter is an excellent chef and will cook for you if requested.. There are mopeds for rent , and every day you are asked if you would like your room cleaned and I like that. Do not hesitate to stay here.

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft ist der Hammer, super für alle die etwas Ruhe suchen und einfach genießen wollen! Die Ostküste ist sehr ruhig, es gibt aber ein paar kleine Restaurants und Läden die zu fuss oder besser mit dem Roller zu erreichen sind. Nana war für uns immer da und hat Touren organisiert und Kontakte vermittelt. Auch ihre Empfehlungen bezüglich nachtleben restaurants etc waren echt super! Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt und den Roller hat Nana uns bei Anreise direkt bereitgestellt gegen sehr geringe Gebühr (ca 6€/Tag). Alles in allem können wir nur empfehlen sie zu besuchen. Wer viel nachtleben will kann abends mit dem Taxi für ca 10€ jeweils hin und zurück kommen. Vielen Dank für alles :)

Chị chủ nhà thân thiện và dễ thương lắm, luôn phản hồi rất nhanh để hỗ trợ mình. Mình có thể chủ động nhận và trả phòng rất dễ dàng và linh hoạt mà không cần phải gặp chủ nhà luôn. Đồ nấu bếp khá đầy đủ, tiện cho gia đình có bé nhỏ như mình khi cần nấu cho bé ăn đồ riêng. Các bạn nếu cần lưu trú tại vin quận 9 hãy cân nhắc căn hộ này nha, rất chi là ổn áp!!

숙소는 너무 깨끗합니다. 개미도 없습다. 화장실도 깨끗합니다. 위치도 너무 좋습니다. 그리고 밤11시에 작은 어려움이 생겼는데, 호스트가 직접 와서 도와줬습니다. 의사소통에서도 너무 좋았습니다. 정말 추천합니다!!!

The apartment was as shown on the website. It was clean tidy and cute. Its walking distance from all the main tourist spots. Close to restaurants etc. Had a great vibe with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The front door was a little tricky to open and close but no real issue. Home rất gọn gàng, sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Hoàn toàn đúng với mô tả và như trong ảnh. Home rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ và chăm sóc khách hàng rất tốt. Đặc biệt là an ninh ở đây rất an toàn và mọi thứ rất hiện đại. Nếu có dịp quay trở lại Việt Nam, mình sẽ book lại chỗ này. Highly recommend cho mọi người nhe! ^^

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

great stay. the place is entirely new so expect the mattress to be hard (no one stay before). location are great and convenient. Meko the co host has tried her best to provide the necessary basic.

Pretty good! I like the area, lthe things available here are very local and affordable. The Cơm Tấm around the corner tastes really good, and the people are really nice. The area behind the big school in the "villa" district is also pretty great, with some excellent Phở places. The area around the big Lotte Market is also quite cool. I really enjoyed it and with a Grab bike for around 30k (~€1), you can get to Ben Thanh Market in just 5 minutes. The apartment is pretty good. It has everything you need flip-flops, shampoo, soap. There was even water in the fridge and some small soups and sweet treats in the kitchen. The pool is okay, and the air conditioning, WiFi and Netflix are great. Kim is always available and helpful whenever something comes up. One thing I have to mention and this seems to be the case everywhere in Vietnam, I don’t feel entirely comfortable with these keypad locks because I keep wondering who else might have the code.
