Our contemporary Scottish A-Frame cabin under the stars! MidPark is the essence of Rural Scottish Chic & benefits from stunning views across the Deveron Valley & set in the heart of Scotland’s castle & whisky country, while the stunning Banffshire Coast is just a stones throw away. Set on Mayen Estate, the cabin sits privately in over 700 acres of permaculture gardens and grounds, with exceptional riverside, woodland and meadow walks, friendly Highland Coos & an abundance of native wildlife.

The Tower, Thornton Castle

Traditional & relaxed accommodation in the 16th century Scottish tower of our family home. Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Tennis court available.

Secluded chalet on a quiet family farm

The chalet is a private, secluded and rustic place with plenty parking beside it for other Airbnb guests. For the colder months there is a woodburning stove with free firewood. It is situated half way between Stonehaven (10mins) and Aberdeen (20mins), there are supermarkets nearby & many tourist attractions. Ideal for couples or families with 1 or 2 children, cot available. Dogs accommodated (max 2), £5/night. Spacious library with piano available. Level access. Breakfast NOT provided.

Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Morrisons Daily shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

The Den

The Den is a stunning stone built 1 bedroom cottage finished and furnished to the highest standard offering a very comfortable stay for our guests. Set in a quiet rural location and within easy reach of Aberdeenshire’s many attractions makes it the perfect location for your getaway. The open plan kitchen / diner has a fully fitted modern kitchen. A full size single bed can also be added to the large bedroom to accommodate 3 guests. There is outside seating and patio area.

Abbeylea Cottage at Morgan McVeighs

Stunning refurbished and re-equipped cosy cottage with spectacular views towards Bennachie. Electric central heating supplemented by feature wood burning stove. Modern kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Two bedrooms each with a double or two single beds. Wall mounted TV's in both bedrooms and sitting room. Free WiFi throughout. Clean bathroom with shower unit. Full length curtains across patio window and door. Outside patio area.

Ranch House Cottage, Inverurie, Aberdeenshire

Ranch House Cottage is a traditional stone cottage set in the heart of the Aberdeenshire countryside, perfect for autumn and winter escapes. Our cottage sleeps 4 guests, with two bedrooms, an inviting self catering kitchen, and cosy living room with log burner for relaxing after a day of exploring. We are located just a 10 minute drive from the town of Inverurie and are a short walk from the luxurious Thainstone House Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants. Dogs welcome.

Situated high above the banks of Loch Park, Dufftown, with views of the Cairngorms to the south-west and Drummuir Castle to the East. It's entirely off-grid allowing you to relax and unwind in a quiet and secluded location. The cabin sleeps two, with a cosy bed in the mezzanine, a shower room, open plan sitting and kitchenette and balcony with spectacular views over the loch below. Dufftown is 3.5 miles , Keith is 7 miles and the village of Drummuir 1.5 miles

Cosy one bedroom self contained cottage with private garden, seating area, drying area and BBQ . 1 double bed in bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker and microwave, washing machine and small indoor drying cupboard. Large bathroom with separate bath and power shower. Lounge with dining area, TV with freeview Easy access for trains on the Aberdeen Inverness line and onward to the West coast or South to the Scottish central belt.

Pinewood cottage

Beautiful views from a great vantage point on Bennachie this rustic cottage is ideally located for hillwalking, sightseeing or simply getting away from it all. Only 10 minutes drive from Inverurie and a short walk over the hill from the pitodrie house hotel which offers luxury dining and a cozy bar. There is also a riding school nearby and of course all the walking trails are on your doorstep. We are pet friendly but the garden is not enclosed.

Nochty Studio |Strathdon |Cairngorms National Park

A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
