Stylish, central attic apartment with terrace & AC

Beautiful, very quiet and light-flooded top floor apartment with very large terrace not far from the underground station U4 Margaretengürtel and underground station U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse (5 minutes walk). Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

The main train station and the Reumannplatz underground station (U1) can be reached in a few minutes by tram lines 6 or 0. Max. height of the garage 1,95 meter! A small kitchen with the most important utensils is also at your disposal. A high speed WiFi, a Smart TV + Fire TV Stick and Bluetooth mini speakers complete the offer :))

Good and convenient location for all attractions. My studio apartment fitted with modern kitchen & bathroom, located on the 1st floor (no elevator, 37 stairs) in a typical old Viennese building, in a green residential area & very near the Schönbrunn Palace, and short walking distance to the metro. The modern apartment has good WIFI, equipped kitchen, 24hr hot water, and central heating. Check-in time 15:00-20:00 (3-8pm), late check-in possible if I know and agree it in advance.
