It was an absolutely a fantastic experience.Roma aunty made our stay a memorable one, especially with our 6 month old baby. She was super hospitable and provided what we need for a babys's stay. The breakfast is cherry on the topping, you'll get your tasty breakfast ready on your dining table ontime. I am saying away to praise more about the place, as it may sound like I am boasting about the stay. If you are visiting shillong, this is exactly the kind of place that should stay at.

The best I've found on Airbnb so far! Veera, Rebecca and Khram were wonderful, and gave us excellent recommendations about local places to eat at/see. The room was spotless, the food cooked by Rebecca was delicious and light - perfect when you're travelling. I'll definitely stay here if I visit Shillong again!

Martina was the best host anyone can ask for and the place was just perfect for a holiday to experience the beauty of Shillong away from city hustle. They made my stay so comfortable and the place was exactly as promised!!! Best choice of stay and friendship in all of Shillong!!!

This was one of the perfect homestays! Warm hosts who provide fabulous food and great conversation, combined with a quiet, green location, far from the madding crowds of Shillong, and yet not too far from the main points.

Andy’s place was beautiful and well kept. They had two dogs, which i was personally very scared of but the care taker, feda was so kind and always kept them at a safe distance. The breakfast was served on time and the place was very neat and tidy. Will visit again. ♥️

Dama's place is perfectly located in a startegic place to beat the traffic for some scenic sites in Meghalaya. Even though it is in the outskirts of the city this place has serenity which speaks a lot through the sorrouding hillocks, the cultivated lands around brings the moisture in the air right upto the doorstep which we call the dew and to compliment is the hosts warmth that comes with long corporate and adminsitrative experiince. Wishing that she increases the room numbers soon. God bless

The place was very well maintained and the care takers were really amazing and they helped us with our every small and big request. Vivi was very responsive and helped us find the place. I was a little sceptical because I have been to a few places in Assam and surrounding areas, that were not maintained at all, but this was indeed a home away from home :)

Awesome place - ideal for peace. The hosts are friendly and responsive. the place is away from the city and you could share a taxi for 80 bucks one way per passenger to the city centre. I would want to stay there again. Cheers

Hesed house is beautiful. It has amazing views from the bedrooms and from the lounge area. It was so peaceful. Just what we were looking for. I only wish we stayed longer. The food in the restaurant was very delicious, especially the Khasi dishes. The staff were very polite and helpful. they were so hard working. We cannot wait to go back with more time. My favourite time was having coffee in the patio area outside the lounge, over looking the hills and listening to the gentle sound of the water flowing in the stream flowing past hesed house. Absolutely amazing ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had an amazing stay at The Anchorage Hotel in Shillong. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, making it a very comfortable experience. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to the main attractions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shillong!

I had a memorable stay at Emily and Sankrita's place. The place is a luxury given that it is located in a village and has every amenities one can look for in this budget. Sankrita is the sweetest host I have ever met. She and her team went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, always ready to respond to every demand. Sankrita also took me to nearby places of interest and cooked awesome food. The location is a bit remote, and the roads not so good. but it is totally worth it because of the genuine and kind hospitality of the host and the arrangements. Emily took care of all the initial communications. It was my "home" away from home, for those days and Sankrita made it possible. 💕 I cannot thank her enough for everything.

I had a great stay at Caney's place! The homestay is located on an uphill neighbourhood, so it might be difficult for some to walk but it's quiet and peaceful. The place has all the essentials, just as listed. Caney was super responsive and quick to help whenever needed.

Very clean rooms and lavish property with an operational swimming pool. Caretaker was super helpful and helped us in any way possible at any time. Location: Perfect for us. We were in Shillong for the NH7 Weekender. So we wanted something located close to the bus stop and shuttle drop off points. It's about a 20 minute walk to Police Bazaar and say about 30 min walk to SRGT bus stop. 2 minute walk from Barik bus stop, which was a BIG help cause we got back from the venue after midnight. Place: Room and attached bathroom are super clean. Breakfast is served in the morning and being a big eater I was definitely not left wanting. Completely worth it. Plus, it's very very rare to have a host make the effort to serve you something different every morning. We definitely appreciated the effort and care. Host: Very welcoming, helpful and warm. Trust me, you'll feel right at home here. Go ahead and book.
