House is setup as a 2 Bed 1 bath. 4 guest occupancy. ***Per county code guests under 13 years old DO NOT count toward the occupancy*** Utility pullback on a 30+ day stay will be negotiated to avoid gas/electric overages. $350 utility credit/month est.
