Ortahisar is a beautiful place to stay, especially if you like to be a little bit away from the crowds. It's a short drive (10-15 mins) from Goreme and all the main attractions, but has a much more relaxed vibe. We self-catered very easily, there is a local butcher, greengrocer and a few supermarkets, all well stocked. Anitya cave house was genuinely even better than the pictures. It was warm and cosy despite us arriving in subzero temperatures! The host's agent met us and was extremely helpful, including organising a balloon trip at very short notice and at a good price. We would very happily stay here again.

This is a real gem of Serbia: a spacious and cozy guesthouse with a nice bedroom, a small hermit corner under the roof, a firewood furnace (providing a cooking surface, an oven and heated floors at the same time), a sauna, a great library and a display of 300+ wine bottles collected by Dragan from all over the world; it felt like home immediately. The kitchen is nice and convenient, with a huge double sink and everything that one can require for cooking. There's also a barbeque grill outside. Branimir the Dog is a restless adorable furry representative of its species. He's got bigger (compared to older reviews), as now he's a force to be reckoned with. He loves his life and compels any one around to love theirs. There's also a gray cat, but she didn't introduce herself. She isn't very fond of Branimir keeping her entertained all the time, mostly against her purring will. The place is hosted by Dragan and Ana, they're very friendly hosts. Their house is next door. 100% recommended!

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage und die Terrasse sind traumhaft. Es ist ein sehr besonderer Ort und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein extrem gutes Restaurant direkt nebenan und auch die Kommunikation mit Caleb war einfach, er hat sich direkt gekümmert wenn es ein Problem gab.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Bertrand qui était très réactif tout le long du séjour, dès que nous avions une interrogation ou un problème. Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description, avec de bons équipements, et de bons couchages. La présence de climatisations dans chaque pièce est un plus. La proximité avec les autres familles qui logeaient proche s'est bien déroulée, et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine à notre aise. Finalement un des gros points forts du logement est son emplacement au milieu des collines, écarté de l'agitation et permettant de se retrouver vraiment entre soi.

Toujours autant de plaisir à séjourner chez Amanda et Bill ! On adore l'emplacement, la vue, l'agencement et les prestations de la maison !

Had a great stay in Kakopetria! The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The place was clean and comfortable, and overall a really nice experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great apartment for 4 people, fully equipped with all necessary furnishings.

Not knowing Saas-Fee at all, this place exceeded our expectations. The place was very central and close to shops and restaurants. It was also walking distance to the slopes. We rarely took the public transport to get to the slopes. When we did, it was because the kids wanted to ride the red train wagon. The best part about the apartment is the kitchen. It is complete. I felt like I was in my own kitchen and every utensil or equipment I needed was available. We had breakfast at home everyday and made dinner almost every night. The host is very responsive and always available to answer questions. I would highly recommend Sonnenhof Juliet for families with kids.

Staying in Shaun’s apartment was an amazing experience! The space has a wonderful vibe, is beautifully decorated, and truly feels like home. It’s perfectly located in the heart of Rainbow Street, yet the neighborhood remains peaceful and quiet. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij de familie Duzevic. Het appartement is erg schoon, met een goed uitgeruste keuken, een fijne douche en een goed bed. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het centrum met supermarkt, bakker en fijne restaurants. De familie is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er werd groente gedeeld uit de tuin - zo lief! Wij bevelen dit appartement ten zeerste aan!

Stoyan was an incredible host, extremely responsive and helpful throughout my 4 week stay. The apartment is beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony, will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone considering staying here! Also only a short 15minute walk to the ski lift. 10/10 ⭐️

We really enjoyed Marija's place. It was even more than we expected. Everything is very clean in the apartment. You have your privacy although hosts live in the house next to apartment. Apartment is in the quiet neighborhood and have nice terrace on which you can enjoy in the morning and at the evening, because throughout a day it can be very sunny and warm. Location of this apartment is in our opinion perfect. Around 15-20 minutes walk from Stari Grad port and Jadrolinija ferries. Along this walk on the shore are a lot of beautiful small rocky beaches (both wild and arranged) where you can enjoy whole day because there are a lot of shaded places due to the beautiful pine trees (you do not need a parasol). Also, the place we most enjoyed bathing and swimming was 5 minute slow walk from the apartment and near that place were cafe, changing booth, toilets and shower. Hosts are lovely and very friendly. We highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for peaceful vacation.

Super endroit pour des vacances paisibles ! Emplacement au top avec le centre accessible à pied à 2 pas ! La maison est très agréable à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur, avec un jardin clos idéal pour les enfants. Super literie en prime pour des vacances reposantes ! Merci encore pour ce séjour !

Der Kontakt war super , auch vor Ort wurden wir freundlich empfangen und es war immer jemand erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt in einer guten Ecke. Den Pool haben wir leider nicht nutzen können , das Wasser war viel zu kalt , dies wurde uns jedoch im voraus schon gesagt , denke im Sommer ist der Pool perfekt. Das Highlight war für uns der wunderschöne Garten , er lädt zum verweilen ein. Es gibt genug Platz und die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung , das einzige was wir bemängeln würden ist die Sauberkeit und Ordnung der Küche , einige Dinge haben uns gefehlt wie ein Wasserkocher oder Toaster. Das sind jedoch nur Kleinigkeiten und wir würden definitiv nochmal wieder kommen.

We absolutely loved our week here at Kostas’ villa! The villa is beautiful in its location and simplicity and has everything you need for a true holiday that still feels as welcome as home.Kostas met our ferry, assisted us to get a rental car, led us to a supermarket and then to the villa. Such a kind and thoughtful man ! It would be hard to find anyone as nice as Kostas. The villa was peaceful and with spring in the air the incredible tropical garden was starting to wake up. We could smell the orange blossoms in the air and loved drinking wine on the balcony at the end of a long day walking and exploring - watching the beautiful sunsets. Even when we had a few cold and windy days we didn’t care - it was such a lovely place to be. No tv is fabulous - you think you will miss it but no. We couldn’t recommend Kostas and his wonderful villas highly enough - you just have to go and experience it all for yourself. Now. Go now! Thank you so much Kostas! 👏👏🥂

Cet endroit est le paradis sur terre ! Cette région est une magnifique découverte ! Le lieu est paisible, agréable et fabuleux ! La maison est confortable et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La vue est merveilleuse et le coucher du soleil sur la piscine est extraordinaire ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, nous n’avions vraiment pas envie de partir. Perdu en pleine nature, ce lieu est époustouflant! Nous avons été accueillis par Paolo qui a toujours été très réactif et de bons conseils. The villa is absolutely stunning. The views were amazing and we had everything we needed. Stephen was a great help if we needed any advice on the local area or transfers he was on the ball. Great host, great stay!!!
