The Royal Cabin is a charming "Northern Michigan" experience: a good clean cottage located next to a park with softball, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, playground and two pavilions. Lake view and access is across the street and swimming beach is just a 2 minute walk. Indoor and outdoor pools along with 3 great golf courses are just steps away. Huge deck and outdoor shower for that unique vacation. Need more room? We have a sister house, the Royal Bungalow next door! 3br, 2 bath.

Little Log cabin on the Big Muskegon River.

This sweet little cabin on the river is a remodeled/updated log cabin from the 1940’s. Simple and slightly rustic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! We think it has the best view on the whole river. There is shallow water and a sand bar mid-river in front of the house. The swans, geese, ospreys and Bald Eagles are a treat to watch. The cabin is a relaxing and intimate getaway for couples. It is cozy in the winter with a small hot tub overlooking a beautiful view.

Lake Mecosta Log Cabin right next to St Ives Golf

Perfect location to getaway and enjoy quiet up north feel on Lake Mecosta. One hour from Grand Rapids and Lansing. Enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, fishing on the lake. It is walking distance to the clubhouse at St Ives Golf Course. Minutes from downtown that has great restaurants near Canadian Lakes. Public boat launch or our pontoon boat is available for an extra fee. Cabin is updated with additional space in 2026 with new master bedroom and screened in porch!
