Round Pond Lodging - Eagle's Nest

This cabin is just part of our business which is called Round Pond Lodging, where we offer deer and turkey hunts during the season. Another plus to our property is that we are just minutes away from the Shawnee National Forest, Ohio River, Harrah's Casino, and Paducah KY home of the AQS Quilt Show. Every property we have offers a view of the quiet, beautiful, scenery that we call home. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Enjoy a convenient location, in this adorable 1920’s cottage. Located in “midtown” this home is close to dining, downtown and the mall area. Quiet location, with carport for parking and additional street parking. Pet friendly neighborhood, with dog park right down the street. Fully stocked kitchen, spacious living area, indoor dining area, walk in tile shower, queen size bed in bedroom and queen size sofa sleeper. Office space and high speed wifi. Outside porch for warm weather days.

Come to the country and enjoy fresh air and calm surroundings. This one bedroom, with king bed and private screened porch is situated with a breathtaking view of Friendship Farm. You'll be treated to free parking, newly renovated private bathroom, a private outdoor and indoor dining area. Stroll around the peaceful property and enjoy farm life where you'll see happy chickens free ranging. It's a relaxing break from your busy schedule. Close proximity to I-24, shopping and local restaurants.

Dee’s Downstairs Private Apartment

1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Please note that since this listing is in my personal family home, I will only host those with positive reviews.

Constructed in 2020! Commonwealth Cottage is an modern, cozy getaway in Paducah on site of the Commonwealth Event Center. Enjoy the 16 acre grounds with a panoramic pond view while being located a mile from Paducah’s main hub. Enjoy ample indoor space for up to 8 guests to stay & a back porch to enjoy the view. The main room includes a king bed, mini fridge and microwave, dining table, & living room with a sleeper sofa. An additional bedroom includes a full bed with twin bunk & trundle.

Home of the former Foxbriar Inn, this condo is located inside a beautiful historic building. This space is great for your weekend away or a longer term stay. Exposed brick and high ceilings make it a charming and cozy experience. Enjoy the perks of walking to lots of great restaurants, specialty shopping and boutiques. We are just seconds from a beautiful stroll along the River. Bakery and coffee shop underneath. Enjoy brunch on the weekends or a sweet treat anytime in the week.

The Farm on Deer Run

Come to Southern Illinois and enjoy a genuine country experience. Located a half mile down a red gravel road the country farm house is only 15 minutes from Paducah, KY or 10 minutes to the Shawnee National Forest or Fort Massac State Park. The farmhouse sits on 40 acres and is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen and two sitting rooms. The yard is large and shaded. After a fun Day can enjoy the evening with food off the grill or roasting hot dogs and marshmallows on a camp fire.
