This newly remodeled, spacious three bedroom, 2.5 bath home, located 2.5 miles from exit 16 on I-24 . The house is furnished to accommodate eight. (4 queen beds) The back yard has plenty of grass for yard games. A charcoal grill and outdoor furniture available. The home is beautiful, and immaculately maintained. The property is between Paducah and the lakes. It’s fifteen minutes to the downtown , riverfront and massive murals. Fifteen minutes from the mall, or to Kentucky and Barkley lakes.

Dee’s Downstairs Private Apartment

1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Please note that since this listing is in my personal family home, I will only host those with positive reviews.

Riverwatch Retreat

The name speaks for itself you can sit on the porch or in the house and watch the mighty barges go up and down the Ohio River. Very peaceful area with plenty of room for children to play in a very low traffic area. If you are looking for city life it isn't here, its in a very peaceful setting and area. There is a fan in each bed room and a touch off/on lamp with charging ports . Boat access to the river is just around the corner, or just walk down to the river and explore or go fishing.
