We are also close to many hiking trails and skiing trails for the outdoor lover. This newly built apartment is open concept, has granite counters, 1.5 bath, and laundry. Now is the best time to see the fall colors here. The Loons Nest gives you the perfect vantage point to watch the colors almost come on fire as the sun goes down on the opposite shore of the river. This quiet location feels like your miles from the beaten path, actually your just 18 minutes to Fredericton and 3 min to amenities, like NB Liquor, convenience store, restaurant and gas. Step out on the huge deck overlooking the property and water, relax, and enjoy your coffee, no rush here...

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Cozy Rustic Cabin w/Hot Tub

Our rustic cabin is the perfect space for those who want to enjoy a cozy, nature inspired getaway with quick access to St. Stephen, St. Andrews and the U.S border. Unwind in the bubbling hot tub after a day of exploring and then enjoy the beauty of a crackling fire, or cozy up inside and indulge in a movie marathon. "Our charming cabin accommodates up to 4 guests, with one queen-sized bed and a double pull-out sofa. We warmly welcome you to unwind and relax in our rustic, cozy cabin.

The River Dome

Escape into nature with a stay in one of our luxury domes. Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, etc, as well as coffee and tea. Private bathroom with a toilet, shower, and essential toiletries. Two queen size beds with a loft space. The outdoor area includes a BBQ, private electric hot tub, and patio furniture. Kayaks are available during the summer months, as well as a communal fire pit. **Please note, there is a short walk down a hill to get to the dome**
