Our house is Brand New with central heating and cooling. It's 2- minute walk to a train station. Trains take you to Perth CBD in 7 minutes. Optus Stadium, Galleria Shopping Centre are nearby as are Coles and IGA, the “cappuccino” strip of Beaufort Street in Mount Lawley and Maylands along a dedicated walking and cycle path to most places. A car hire company is less than a 10 minute walk away. Our house is 10 minutes and 15 minutes from the Domestic and International Airports, respectively.

While the apartment is under the same roof as the three front rooms that we rent, it is completely private and separated by a lockable door, ensuring your own space and comfort. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy during your stay

Right in the middle of the Beaufort St Cafe strip! Everything at the doorstep. Cozy, comfortable and convenient! Couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment is fitted with reverse cycle Air conditioner and double glazed windows for quiet nights in. We have smart TV, fast WIFI and secured parking. Perfect for business travel and holiday makers. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook own meals however this apartment is located right in the middle of restaurants, bars and cafes.

Tranquility awaits, on the Peninsula with Lake Bungana, and a short stroll to the river, parks, cafes & golf club (with fantastic cafe/restaurant). This spacious, private, self contained, ground floor suite is centrally located <5km to the Perth CBD and a 15min drive to the airport. Bus stop within a few minutes walk. Pet fee of $15 per pet per night is charged separately i.e not added to the booking amount. Dates either side of booking can sometimes be available.
