Welcome to your new South Perth Getaway!! Your apartment is central, stylish, modern and new, with high quality appliances for your added convenience. The apartment is 3km from Crown Casino, 4km from Optus Stadium, 4km for the heart of Perths CBD and 10km from the Domestic airport. The Zoo is located only 15 minutes walk away and is 7 minute walk to the major supermarket. Local dining and restaurants are also at both these locations. - 1 private car bay, visitor car bays at the front of the complex and plenty for free street parking. Shopping/City Optus Stadium River and City views Casino Plenty of local dining and restaurants Outdoor spaces On Site pool If visitors provide sufficient notice, chauffeur service may be arranged. If this apartment was a person, it'd be someone kind, friendly and always happy. It is tidy and well-kept, with a large open-plan living space, modern kitchen, and a balcony complete with hammock to sit with a drink/book and watch the world go by. There's one bedroom with queen bed, a spacious and well-equipped study, laundry/bathroom...plus plenty of indoor plants. The complex also offers secure parking, pool, gym & sauna. For public transport we are 2 mins from Maylands Train Station.
