Cozy home near lakes, rivers, festivals, antiquing

Peggy's Perch is a fully renovated 1912 home in the heart of Locust Grove, OK. The home is on a small, dead end street. We have chosen each piece of furniture and art to make your trip amazingly comfortable and beautiful. Our one-story, home is minutes away from lakes, rivers, creeks and is centrally located to many annual festivals, including Rocklahoma and Born and Raised. Bargain shops are close by. Our small town includes many wonders. One of which is the Rural Oklahoma museum of Poetry.

Come enjoy your stay with easy access to everything in the Pryor area. This centrally located home is 5 min from every thing including Walmart, Industrial Park, Rec Center ( with pool), numerous fast food restaurants, and park with splash pad! It is also just 10 minutes from Lake Hudson and Rocklahoma. The house has 5G wifi and TV is set up with Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+. There is covered parking for your vehicle and a covered back patio to sit outside and enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

Our 800 square foot Mother-In-Law suite has everything you need to relax like you would in your own home. Come and explore the 20+ acres, go fishing, jogging, kayaking, or just relax on the screened in patio while you sizzle up some steaks on the gas grill. The suite is on the west end of the main home with it's own entrance and is closed off from the main house for your privacy.

Welcome to Cody’s Creek Estate!

Brand new construction! Fully loaded 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1 car garage, and outdoor entertaining area. This house is a short drive to Mid America Industrial Park. Chouteau's famous restaurants, the Dutch Pantry, Amish Cheese House, Nettie Ann's Bakery are just a couple blocks away.
