Lakeview Cottage A (No cleaning fee)

Recently remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom rustic cottage setting. Entrance door and Kitchen has low ceiling. Approximately 6’3” A reminder, please: kitchens are provided for convenience. Follow kitchen cleaning rules We are a pet friendly property. ($15 pet fee) paid in lock box or digital! 150 sf rustic deck lots and lots of plants and a spectacular view of the lake. Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels, quail etc… We are located up on a hill in a very quiet neighborhood.

Scenic views, private trails, and generous indoor and outdoor gathering areas are ideal for unwinding together. Wineries, farm stands, shops, and hiking nearby make great outings for couples, families, and friends.

Or, you can stay home & cook a meal in its deluxe kitchen. King size beds in both bedrooms. Restaurants, coffee, & shopping within easy walking distance.

A short walk to the swimming pool, little stream, general store and cafe. A perfect romantic getaway, or for the whole family!

In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. Located 2 blocks from downtown’s unique restaurants, shops and the Feather River. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable.
