The house is pretty and has all the amenities you need. The neighborhood is quiet and private. The location of the property is good as it takes only 45 minutes to an hour to get to any sight on the island in any direction. The grocery stores and malls nearby are between 8 to 20 minutes away by car. The host is very responsive, and his parents, who manage the property, are helpful. I recommend staying at this property if you want to stay in this area.

We booked this villa as a home base for a wedding weekend, and it exceeded every expectation. The space looked exactly as pictured, ZERO unwanted surprises and was simply gorgeous. Xavier is an exceptional host, always on hand to answer queries. The location couldn’t be better: a quick 5-minute drive (you’ll need a car, as you do across Mauritius) to all Grand Baie’s shops, restaurants, and attractions. What really set this stay apart was the service: two delightful cleaners maintaining the interiors daily, so we never had to worry about a thing and could focus on enjoying our holiday. Although it’s an Airbnb, the level of care and attention feels more like a five-star hotel. We’ll be back in Mauritius... and when we do, we’ll only stay with Xavier!

Hossein est un hôte très accueillant. Mon séjour s'est très bien passé grâce à lui. Le logement est situé dans un très bel environnement. On a accès à la magnifique plage de trou aux biches qui est à 5 minutes de marche. Il y a de très bon restaurants et supermarchés aux alentours. A refaire.

Large home located in the more upmarket part of Flic en Flac. Very quiet area and less than 2km from the main swimming beach. Fruit trees in garden a real bonus, mangoes for days! We stayed for about 2 months which included 3 weeks of work-from-home (Fibre is fast) and the remainder a gorgeous holiday. Hanne is very responsive and Sandjay was incredible - he even organised a late evening callout of an electrician and attended to all our needs. Highly recommend.
