Our refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Come stay at Grandpa's house! Quiet and private century-old renovated farmstead set in 100 peaceful acres on the wild & scenic Maurice River. Great for family getaways, boy's & girl's weekends, or just tromping around in the woods. Enjoy more than an acre of open meadows, canoeing and kayaking from a free boat ramp/parking two miles away! There is a bonfire pit in the old barn ruins. Plenty of room for a trailer, all your friend's cars, and throwing a ball around at the same time!
