LOCATION for making memories & waffles We are a busy family of 5 and we created this home where we can relax in a clean modern space. With plenty of things to do or just do nothing at all. We are parents and sometimes we just want to sit and read a book without the kids saying they are bored. so they have darts, table tennis and heaps of board games to keep them busy. and also for us all to enjoy together. Walking distance to things we enjoy two parks/playgrounds,beach,cinema,resturants.

Close to Mount Maunganui, Tauranga city centre, and main arterial routes making getting out and about in all directions quick and easy: The house sleeps four (queen, 2 king singles). A sleepout is avail for a small additional fee and sleeps two (king single and trundler bed). Dogs welcome subject to prior approval. Located in very quiet Pillans Point, close to the city, the harbour and ocean beaches. We are also only an hours drive from Hobbiton ( film set for the Hobbit movies) and Rotorua thermal area. Situated within walking distance (2 mins) of Cafe, Bakery, both open for breakfasts and take-away. Bus route 200 mts. Restaurants, Supermarket, Chemist 2 mins drive. We are 5 minute drive to City Center, Uber $11.50 approx. Pick up from airport if required.
