Mojito Island Cottage

Update: In September 2022 we were affected by Hurricane Ian. We had just over 5 feet of flooding in our treasured cottage. We have worked tirelessly to put everything back together. All new tile, walls, electric, lighting, furniture, and we even improved the bathroom! Spacious tropical home with water view from our back yard lanai. Boat Dock with Cleaning Fish Station, BBQ beautiful sunsets with fish jumping in our canal. New large kitchen and one block from art galleries, restaurants and bars.

Garden Cottage - Tiny House

PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is separate from our house and living quarters. The bathroom is in the back of the main house, just a few steps from the cottage, private and not shared with anyone. We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the neighborhood. We have a dog and a cat. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Off street parking for 2 vehicles, and a gravel area for small boat trailers. This home is one half of a duplex, but has private patio area with a 6 person hot tub.

Bedroom has a queen size bed and the den has a queen size sleeper/sofa. The den doubles as your kitchenette and sitting area with double sliding glass doors that open up to the shared pool and dock area. Gas grill and microwave for cooking (no stove). Use our 1 person kayak for fun or fishing from our 8'X22' FUN & SUN deck docked in the back canal with picnic table & loungers. Relax, sun, grill and fish.

You love the water... then this is your place to be! The 2-story villa with heated pool and Gulf access has been completly renovated in 2024! Start kayaking or by boat exploring the beautiful beaches and Mangroves right from the dock, direct access (Lift is not available right now but small boats can be tied at the dock). Catch your fish and enjoy it for dinner....watch Dolphins pass by.... The private pool privides a nice refreshment after a day out and about.

Bed and Bay

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on the end of the canal. It's a short kayak or boat trip to the bay, where there is endless fishing, dolphin watching, and perfect sunsets. The property has new captain's walk with easy access kayak launch, and room for a small boat (16-foot max). Relax on the deck as the peace of the small community sweeps you off your feet. Then take a walk to local dining and shopping.
