Villa W is a self contained loft bedroom (upstairs) villa equipped with kitchenette, bathroom, luxurious living & work space featuring wide opening doors to the lush gardens of this Dalkeith home. Additionally, guests can enjoy use of our swimming pool. Villa W features free wi-fi, free parking adjoining, private access, an private Weber Q BBQ outdoors on your private patio. Loft queen bed (2 single mattresses can be set up at extra cost).

Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!
