Fun Space close to Busch and Colonial w/ Hot Tub

Come for the fun to a spacious 1st floor walkout basement just 1 mile from Busch Gardens & Water Country and just 3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg & William and Mary. You'll have a large pool table, bar area, private entrance, hot tub, firepit, coffee bar, and free parking in a quiet neighborhood. Jamestown and Yorktown are also close by. The space is part of our home (the bottom floor) w/ private entry & a LOT of room. Not a time share disguised as your own space- and no sales pitches either.

Savor the views from the front porch or the spacious screened in porch. Rest, read, sip a beverage. Soak in the hot tub! There’s ample room to sprawl; a carpeted attic with a queen sized bed in one area, 2 built in twin beds, a reading bench, shelves of toys, & a desk for writing or drawing as you view the water.

The Haven is a beautifully maintained, open concept home with 3 bds and 2 baths that can comfortably sleep 8. A full kitchen and dining area (in- and outdoors) are at your disposal for enjoying the local bounty with friends and family. The backyard includes a game shed (with bar!), a hot tub and a private dock for crabbing or kayaking, or both.

Vacationers Dream - Theme Parks & entertainment

Close to Busch Gardens, Water Country, Colonial Williamsburg, military bases, Va Beach and much, much more. We have a public boat dock, free of charge, at the end of the road and beautiful walking paths with a great fishing pier, walking distance from the house. This house has been in our family for decades so come enjoy the charm and follow the history of this area and our little gem. We are constantly upgrading and making the home better so it will never be the same each visit.
