Relax or go-for-it! The Nook is a stylish cozy cottage with great indoor/outdoor space. With water view and access including pier and boat ramp enjoy your coffee on the deck before taking to the water in one of the two kayaks or canoe or enjoying a bike ride (4 available) to get up close with nature. Catch fish, crabs or just a sunburn while enjoying time on the water. When ready there's plenty of shopping, eating and beaching to do in nearby towns! All topped off with a sunset over the water!

Enjoy sunsets and local birds from the screened in porch in this quiet neighborhood. Bring your boat and enjoy all the water activities- fishing, crabbing, etc. Access to public boat ramp and dock. The Barn at Pond Point - Riverfront Home

The Barn at Pond Point is perfectly situated on the Piankatank River, a salt water arm of the Chesapeake Bay. It shares 19 acres of wooded and waterfront property with the owner's main home. A unique space, Barn was converted from a working horse barn into a residence in the 1980's. With a quarter mile of private, sand beach and a large pool (May-Sept), the Barn is an ideal space for time with family and friends, swimming, hunting for prehistoric shark's teeth, or simply enjoying the view.

Little Cove Cottage: a charming studio in Mathews County with private entrance. Mathews is a rural town with several beautiful beaches close by and many areas to access the water. This apartment offers a small water view of the North River, with a pier and boat ramp just 400 yards away. Bring your Kayaks or use ours. . We are just minutes away from the Mobjack and Chesapeake Bays. Mathews is home to great restaurants with fresh seafood. We also have a wonderful farmer's market. Come enjoy!

Enjoy the Island life in this newly renovated, cheerful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with 3 porches with water & sunset views. This charming 1900’s farmhouse is situated on historic Gwynns Island in Mathews County, a waterman’s delight. Small town with locally owned shoppes and restaurants is less than 10 minutes away. Public boat landing is less than 2 miles away on the island at the Hole In The Wall Restaurant. Bring your paddle boards, kayaks, & boat! This is a non-smoking property.

The Haven is a beautifully maintained, open concept home with 3 bds and 2 baths that can comfortably sleep 8. A full kitchen and dining area (in- and outdoors) are at your disposal for enjoying the local bounty with friends and family. The backyard includes a game shed (with bar!), a hot tub and a private dock for crabbing or kayaking, or both.

Gwynns Island Waterfront Getaway

A lovely waterfront cottage with stunning bay views and the best sunsets on the East Coast. Sliding glass doors create the feeling of being right on the water, even when indoors. You can crab, fish, kayak, grill, and swim directly from the backyard. It's incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Just a mile away is a newly renovated island restaurant with a bar and a wide variety of food options. The house was passed down from my father, and all proceeds from Airbnb go towards making improvements.

Welcome to your quiet retreat on Queens Creek, just minutes from the Chesapeake Bay. Your retreat is attached to the main house but is its own separate apartment with private entrance and patio. The 12 acre property is surrounded by water on three sides which can be viewed from every room. Enjoy pickleball, the putting green, kayaking, fishing and crabbing from the dock as well as exploring the trails through the pecan forest. You can also tie your boat to the dock.
