Close to VA & Kaiser hospitals. Watch Annual Air Shows from our backyard. Starbucks, Panera Bread & restaurants at newly build plaza. Plenty of parking.

House is located on a private road out of view of the public street. It's quiet and clean. The room (room A) has a queen-size bed that can fit 2 people, which inclines and vibrates. It also comes with a mini-fridge, dresser, closet, night stand, and smart TV w/paid streaming services provided at no additional cost to you. If you need to book 3 people, I can provide another bed. I have 2 cats that are allowed to leave the house and return as they please, so there is no litter box and no smell.

This spacious, self-contained one bedroom abode is nestled within two acres of verdant retreat. The open kitchen, living, and dining area invite you to indulge in cherished moments while a cozy sofa bed and queen air mattress stand ready to accommodate additional guests. The expansive patio is adorned with extra seating and a BBQ The pool awaits beneath the warm California sun. Simply notify the owners, and the pool is yours to enjoy. Self-check-in and ample parking space is available.

As a lifelong Sacramentan, I can’t wait to welcome and share the highlights of this city with you. There is no smoking inside or outside in the property.

Welcome you to private studio with separate self-check-in entrance, and an exterior security camera to monitor the sloped driveway with a free 1 uncovered parking space. Enjoy this private suite with full bathrooms, kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, washer and dryer.

There is plenty of parking on the street near the house. Parking in front of neighbors is not recommended. The room is located on the second floor of the house, all locks are combination locks, and guests can enter and exit freely. The room comes with a private refrigerator, and the shared area includes a microwave, free coffee and purified water. We apologize for not being able to accommodate other customers considering their dislike of animals and their hair allergies.

This house is approx. 2000 sq ft. The downstairs has a chef's kitchen, living room with 75 inch TV, dining room. All beds and baths are upstairs. The upstairs has a middle-eastern themed loft, master bedroom, master bath, two other bedrooms and one more full bath.
