Chaminda hat uns herzlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit! Am Neujahr durften wir sogar traditionelle Speisen aus Sri Lanka probieren, die er extra für uns auf den Tisch gestellt hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

This villa has a great location, it is within walking distance/ quick ride to the town and beach, but it is tucked away nicely in a quiet area. We had heaps of privacy, and were still close to the action. AC in rooms all worked perfectly. Pradeep is extremely accomodating, he was quick to help with anything we needed and let us alone. Very kind and generous. For these reasons, the villa was perfect for us at a very reasonable price.

We had a fantastic 10-day break at this beautiful villa. The setting is amazing, overlooking the infinity of the Indian Ocean, with the calming sound of the crashing waves. The sea was too rough for a swim but the beach was perfect for a walk. The garden is lovely, the pool is a welcome escape from the heat and the house itself is spacious enough for everyone not to be in each other's way. We had so much fun during our stay - massages in the garden, wandering the neighbourhood and meeting the locals, visiting nearby beaches (Dickwella beach was our favourite, especially with young kids), safari, releasing baby turtles in the sea, boat trips, etc.... Last but certainly not least - the lovely staff. The hospitality offered by Suneetha, Ajith and Ari was truly special. They are all lovely and looked after us so well. Apart from the delicious food they prepared daily, they arranged our trips, transport, etc. It was hard to leave and tears were shed at the end. We'll be back, for sure!

The apartment is located on the first floor of a three-story building; the family of the owner of the apartment lives on the second floor. You will also have access to the roof on which peacocks fly. The apartments are large, you have a full kitchen with (microwave, blender, rice cooker, stove) there is an ironing board and iron. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning products. The owner also bought additional shampoo and hair conditioner. The house itself is located not far from the roadway, but the sounds of cars are absolutely inaudible. Keep in mind that the house is located on the ground floor and some insects that are not dangerous may enter you. There were some interruptions with the Internet, but the owner did everything possible to correct the situation, but I advise you to buy an additional SIM card with Internet. The owner speaks very good English and helps with all questions. If you decide to stay you will feel safe with this family😊

Všetko bolo v poriadku, Chamila je priateľsky milý hostiteľ ochotný vždy pomôcť, pomohol nám zariadiť výlet na veľryby aj krokodíly :-) Staral sa o nas vždy keď sme niečo potrebovali. Malý bazen na dvore je super len malo slnka na dvore spôsobuje, že voda nieje vždy teplá. Ďakujeme za krásny pobyt na Srí Lanke 🙂

Saman and his Wife are simply great people. From very beginning very helpful. The place and room we booked exceeded our expectations, even though quite close to Mirissa - very calm and silent. Hearing all of the birds in the morning without traffic noise - simply beautiful. The place was very comfortable and clean. We felt great. Additionally Saman organized for us the dolphins/whales adventure and once asked they also prepared very tasty breakfast. Recommend 10/10!
