Little Alum is a gorgeous spring-fed lake in the quintessential New England town of Brimfield, MA. Brimfield is known as home to the largest flea market in the country. Little Alum is regarded as one of the cleanest lakes in Massachusetts due to its pristine water quality. The charming cottage is a one level home within close proximity to highways & downtown Sturbridge and off route 20 just a few minutes to downtown Brimfield and Antique show/flea market. We built this 2 level home 9 years ago and it is located on Washington St in the towns Historic district. The home is set back from street with a long country style driveway. We designed it with large windows in all rooms, welcoming the sunlight and peaceful setting. Access to clean and empty garage for storage (No parking). We have no personal items in the guest level - all closets and dressers are empty and yours for full use! Co Host reside in lower separate entrance suite. Nothing Shared.
