This was such a wonderful stay! The property was so beautiful, tucked in the woods with stunning views of the water. The house was so clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for a weekend with a group of friends. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The view from the back deck was so incredible and there was nothing better than drinking coffee on the deck in the morning or sitting by the fire pit to watch the sunset. The pickle ball court was such a great bonus, too! Overall this was one of our favorite Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. Would 10/10 recommend!

I've visited a lot of Airbnb's in the past years, and Melanie's listing has made it to my PNW top 3 so far! Melanie did a great job with the interior design. Everything was very welcoming, the esthetics was very impressive. The kitchen featured beautiful, high end equipment and pottery. The attention to detail was immaculate!

A wonderful backdrop for our girls trip. We were stunned with how beautiful the property is! Will be back for sure.

Beautiful and quiet spot! Everything was exactly as described in the description. Home was clean and hot tub was ready to go when we got there! As described, the home isn't secluded, as we did see other people staying in the same area (it's sort of a compound style, with lots of small homes in one area), but everyone was very respectful of each other and it was a very quiet place. The view overlooking the water/inlet was absolutely stunning. I enjoyed my morning cup of coffee listening to the birds chirp and watching the water. Also, the host is incredibly responsive! When I had a question, the host quickly responded, even later on a Friday night. Would definitely stay again!

Maily is very responsive and flexible, friendly and helpful, the space is very nice decorated and atmosphere is very peaceful, nice view, beach is just right out of the door, the bed and sheets are very comfortable. We had a very relaxing weekend. Thank you.

We had the BEST time here! We were traveling with our 5 month baby for the first time so it’s a little nerve wracking to stay for 10 days in a new place. Julie and the cohost went above and beyond to accommodate and help with our questions and requests. The house has everything we could think of and more! The view is so relaxing and peaceful. My family ALL had such a great time and had hard time leaving. The guys got 30 trouts! We made friends with the resident squirrel who also has a baby. We enjoyed watching the resident bald eagle hunting for food. My husband even bought kayak after this trip and told me we should come back again, which never happened to any places we have been together! If you are looking for a relaxing family friend get away with lots to do for everyone, book it!

I stayed here over Thanksgiving and loved how quiet and peaceful the lake was. We only saw one group next door and had the lake to ourselves for paddling around. The kitchen is a little small for a group planning on doing a lot of cooking but worked for two people used to navigating around each other. The sauna was a sweet touch, however the drafts through the floorboards meant it was hard/impossible to get it up to a warm enough temp, it would be much easier to use and heat in warmer outside temperatures. As it was it was a lovely spot to have a fire and read a book while watching the lake! Also, there were a lot of interior stairs to navigate between floors and an extraordinarily tall primary bed which means I would hesitate to recommend this listing for little kiddos or people with limited mobility. There are plenty of hikes within an hour of the house and the closeness to the lake was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying here. The hot tub was perfect. Beds were very clean and comfortable loved having extra pillows and blankets. The fireplace made for a really relaxing night. It was nice having the option to do laundry. Never stayed in a place where they offered snacks that was a very pleasant surprise. I was also shocked on how nice it was not to have to deep clean as some other places have you do. Really enjoyed our time here would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid cottage! Came for oyster season and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. It was small, but warm, inviting and comfortable.

This place was awesome! My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary and had an amazing time together and played some games that were provided by the host and had an amazing view. The host was amazing and responsive. I would recommend staying here on a little get away😊

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. It was in a perfect location, private but close to tons of hiking and places to explore and also about 15 minutes away from town for anything you might need. The home was massive, it took us a day or so to remember where all the rooms were. Everything was clean, labeled, and well organized. We loved the kitchen as it was stocked with any appliance you could need and a pay it forward pantry with common spices, etc. The view from the home is incredible. We spent most mornings drinking coffee watching seals and birds play in the water and most evenings in the awesome theater room watching movies. This time there was only my wife and I plus our dog but we would love to return with the whole family as there was plenty of room. The hosts were super nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely return!

Great views, backyard area, and comfy beds. WiFi was not strong, so if you are planning to work remotely here you may want to consider that. Otherwise, I’d recommend staying here!

What a pleasure to stay at Deepankar's beautiful property! We stayed at this beautiful and unique house for a weekend getaway with my wife and extended family (with 2 small kids), and couldn't ask for a better place! We had friends visit us and overall it turned out to be an extremely fun weekend with great catch ups, conversation, laughter, and a lots of fun thanks to this amazing house and wonderfully serene surrounding!! The house offers a lot of cool nooks, including a wide view of the beautiful Case Inlet right from the living room, well stocked kitchen, comfy recliners, a nice Solarium, a movie theater, a small gym, several bathrooms, hot tub, and outdoor patio leading to a small trail to kayaks - too much to explore!! Deepankar & Whitney were extremely helpful, communicative, flexible, and responsive. Highly recommended for a family stay or solitary retreat alike to mingle or relax, in the lap of nature with glimpses of harbor seals, birds, & views of beautiful water and sky!
