Take in lake sunsets, a shared small sandy beach, playground, firepit, beach chairs and a parking spot for your boat! **Boat slip must be reserved** Spend your days boating, visiting Ludington State Park, exploring Ludington’s shops and restaurants, or beach-combing along Lake Michigan. Relax with an evening fire and watch the breathtaking sunsets. Close to everything! 7 mins to Lake Michigan beaches, 10 mins to downtown Pentwater, and 15 mins to Ludington.

The all-sport lake is a great place for fishing, power boating, or kayaking. Here you are just minutes from several lakes, rivers, and trails. Enjoy the downtown life of Ludington or Manistee, both only 30 minutes away. Summer Rentals are Sunday check-ins with a 7 night minimum stay. April, May and fall rentals are 2 night stay min.

The Swallow is a perfect place to relax with your family and enjoy the water and a bonfire in the evening. Included is WIFI, cable, a full private kitchen, living/dining room. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. You must bring all of your own linens, bedding, and towels for bath/kitchen. ***NO DOGS/ANIMALS, will be subject to $200 fine.***
