The place is exactly what you see in the photos. It’s very clean and the place is very peaceful and quiet since it’s not exactly beside the road. It may be hard to spot sometimes specially at night since the alley is quite small but there is a landmark provided by the host. Ms Eve is a great host, she quickly replies whenever we ask something and very friendly as well

Really great host! I had some special requests (e.g. extra monitor for remote work) and they arranged that for me. When there were some problems with water and electricity, they informed me promptly about it. Pleasantly surprised with the amenities that weren’t listed. The place is quite far from the center and somewhat noisy (since there is a workshop just beside it) but it’s a home away from home and very cozy so I didn’t mind 💖

Great place to stay! It’s quiet, and near UST Legazpi. The host is friendly and easy to talk to. Very convenient and comfortable.

The host was very responsive and accommodating to all our requests, making our stay hassle-free. The entire house was spotlessly clean, and the pool was crystal clear and well-maintained. Everything in the listing matched the description perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The amenities, cleanliness, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations.
