La casa è composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale patronale con bagno in camera, una seconda stanza da letto matrimoniale con bagno attiguo. Una grande porta-finestra inonda di luce naturale un’ampia cucina/soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e un bellissimo camino per eventuali soggiorni invernali; inoltre la casa offre 2 terrazze una interna e una esterna di circa 30mq a soli 2 mt dalla battigia.
