Green Gables Lakehouse

Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Rainier, and quaint farms. Walk to Deer Lagoon to observe the over 170 species of birds taking up residence.

Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

Our beautiful home features a backyard oasis with a pool—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Inside, you’ll find a modern design with spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms for a seamless stay. Conveniently located near local attractions, dining, and shopping, it offers both comfort and accessibility. The pool is heated to 85°F from April through October and is closed during the rest of the year. The hot tub is fully heated between 6pm - 6am.

Escape to the cozy cottage in the forest of big trees. Ecologically built, a healthy environment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have been using Airbnb for years, and are now super excited to begin our journey as hosts! This is a lovely cottage home with great views of Snohomish river and Cascade mountains. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!

A Camano Island Getaway Home

Come and enjoy our cozy waterfront home on beautiful Camano Island with views looking over Saratoga passage. You’ll experience panoramic views of the water from the living room and on our wraparound deck; perfect for whale and orcas viewing in the summer, enjoying the sunset, water features and wildlife. Our yard is completely fenced in. The deck has a hot tub, so you can relax with a soak while taking in the scenery. Let's enjoy a quiet and rejuvenating stay.

Canyon Creek Cabins: #3

Built in the 1970's as a remote fishing cabin, this adorable little hideout has been reimagined to be the idyllic escape in the woods. This cabin is perched on a granite ledge overlooking the legendary Canyon Creek, which can be seen from nearly every one of the expansive windows. After spending a day exploring one of the nearby epic hiking trails, you'll be rewarded by a relaxing soak in the riverside hot tub or a board game with friends by the fire.

Cozy 3-bedroom entire home in the heart of Everett

Relax with the whole family at this Everett home in a peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy local restaurants and sights nearby. The home has all the essentials with parking, cozy bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Pets are welcome but can’t stay on sofa/beds and small family gatherings are welcome at no extra cost if kept under control with no more than 10 people. If the home is left beyond normal cleaning, an extra charge up to 200 may apply.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Minutes from the waterfront and freeway to head out and explore. Perfectly located near Providence hospital, Everett Community College and Boeing. Head up north for the islands and hikes or head south to downtown Seattle, all within 30 minutes.
